Sleepy Bear Reads Don’t Lick the Dog by Wendy Wahman

Hi Book Buddies,

I’m reading a new book this week.

It is called, Don’t Lick the Dog, Making Friends with Dogs. The author is Wendy Wahman. Wendy also made the illustrations. That’s a big word! It means Wendy also painted the pictures.

 

 

My reading and writing teacher, Kathleen, knows Wendy. Kathleen told Wendy I wanted to read her book. Guess what Wendy did? She autographed her book for me! Thank you, Wendy!

 

I want to read this book to Tsavo but she is taking a nap. Tsavo might not like it if I woke her up. I know I would not be happy if someone woke me up from one of my naps. I will try again a little bit later today. Maybe you can get a copy of Don’t Lick the Dog, too, and then you can read with Tsavo and me.
